Every Thursday from the 2nd to the 30th of May, from 6.30 pm to 8.30 pm, Casa Asia presents the online course We learn with ‘Yūshūdō, the path of excellence’. Registration is required through this link.
Price: 75 euros. This is a theoretical-practical course based on the book by Antonio Liu Yang, Yūshūdō: the path of excellence. 15 keys of oriental wisdom to improve your body, soul and mind of the publishing house Conecta (Penguin Random House) whose objective is to facilitate the basic notions on the applied oriental wisdom. Through 15 keys of oriental tradition, students will acquire a series of guidelines to apply in their daily lives in an easy and simple way. To do so, we will move away from the mysticism of Eastern philosophies and focus on applied wisdom in 5 sessions: introduction, body, soul, mind and farewell.
Aimed at people with an interest in the Asian world, but above all at those who are committed to personal development and want to improve their lives by achieving excellence through the Eastern tradition. It is recommended to buy the book, but it is not essential. We will facilitate its location in public libraries and in case of requesting a copy for purchase, we will provide the necessary information for its acquisition.
The 5 sessions of the course are divided into session 1 – The Path to Excellence – Welcome; session 2 – Improving our body; session 3 – Improving our soul; session 4 – Improving our mind; and session 5 – The Path to Excellence – Farewell. More information about the course can be found here.
Antonio Liu Yang is a J.E.D.I (Equity, Diversity, Fairness and Inclusion) lawyer, intercultural facilitator and writer. He holds a law degree from the University of Valencia and a postgraduate degree in Diversity and Inclusion from the Antonio de Nebrija University and is an intercultural facilitator specialising in Spain-China relations.
The sessions that make up this course will be recorded and made available for ten days. 24 hours before the event, registered participants will receive the necessary information to access the course.
