The Embassy of Honduras in Spain invites to the colloquium on the Social Protection System in Honduras with the presence of José Carlos Cardona, Minister of the Secretariat of Social Development (SEDESOL) of the Central American country.
The event will take place at the Conversatorio de la Secretaría General Iberoamericana SEGIB (Paseo de Recoletos, 8) on Monday 22 April from 4 to 5 pm.
At a seminar held a few months ago in Honduras, Minister Cardona said that this new Social Protection System is the beginning of the great steps that the government of the first woman president in the history of Honduras wants to take in order to leave posterity a universal Social Protection System, The Bicentennial Plan of President Xiomara Castro is also a roadmap that is framed in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations (UN) and is supported by various studies and that also address international objectives.
