Next Monday 24 April at 7 p.m., the Centro Cultural Coreano (Paseo de la Castellana, 15) offers in its Multipurpose Hall its second concert of the House Concert Project in which it presents the guitarist Yong-heon Ahn.
Yong-heon Ahn studied a master’s degree at the Mozarteum Salzburg University with Professor Eliot Fisk after graduating from Seoul National University. He is now preparing for the Konzertexamen at the postgraduate study centre of the HMDK Stuttgart, Mozarteum University Salzburg. Ahn has been awarded in several competitions internationally, such as second prize at the Fernando Sor International Guitar Competition in 2022, first prize at the Juan Crisóstomo de Arriaga Guitar Competition in 2022 and second prize at the Tallinn International Guitar Competition in Estonia in 2020, among others.
Yong-heon Ahn will perform pieces by Isaac Albéniz, Francisco Tárrega, Joaquín Rodrigo, Joaquín Turina, Vicente Asencio and Alberto Ginastera. Tickets can be purchased at this link.
