Tomorrow, Thursday, at 12 noon, the Instituto de Cuestiones Internacionales y Política Exterior (INCIPE) will present the conference The Culture of National Security, by Miguel Ángel Ballesteros (pictured), director of the Department of National Security of the Cabinet of the Presidency of the Government.
The event will be presented by Manuel Alabart, Secretary General of INCIPE and Ambassador of Spain, and moderated by Vicente Garrido, Director General of INCIPE.
The activity will take place in a virtual format and will be freely accessible on INCIPE’s YouTube channel.
