The Fundación Carlos de Amberes is organising the debate The independence of the Constitutional Court in question, which will take place this evening at 7 p.m. in its auditorium (Calle Claudio Coello, 99). Attendance will be free and open to the public, subject to prior registration via this link.
This interesting debate, the result of a collaboration between the Club Tocqueville, the Fundación Conversation and the Fundación Carlos de Amberes, will feature the voices of leading experts in the field, such as the former professor, former judge and former Vice-President of the Constitutional Court, Encarna Roca; the former Professor of Constitutional Law and former judge of the Constitutional Court, Manuel Aragón, as well as the Professor of Administrative Law at the University of Cordoba, Nuria Magaldi.
