Khalifa Mohamed KH H Al Kharafi will be the new Kuwaiti ambassador to Spain, The Diplomat has learned from reliable sources.
The new ambassador will replace Ayadah M. Alsaidi, who left our country at the beginning of the summer, after having been at the head of the Kuwaiti diplomatic representation since January 2019.
Khalifa Mohamed KH H Al Kharafi was until now the Kuwaiti consul general in Guangzhou and is considered close to the new Kuwaiti foreign minister, Ahmed Naser al Mohamed al Sabah.
