The music label Frontera Círculo del Círculo de Bellas Artes presents next Friday at 8.30 p.m. the Julián Maeso Trío in concert, a review of different themes from a more minimalist, closer and acoustic point of view.
On this occasion, as part of Frontera Círculo, he will perform in trio format: Dani García (drums), Paco Cerezo (double bass) and Julián Maeso (piano and guitar). Tickets at this link.
The music label Frontera Círculo was inaugurated in 2009 with the priority intention of opening the doors of the Círculo de Bellas Artes to that borderline and independent music that runs parallel to the conventional channels of production, distribution and musical exhibition.
Julián Maeso has been a member of The Blackbirds, The Sunday Drivers, Speaklow, The Sweet Vandals, Aurora and the Betrayers, Los Saxos del Averno, Pájaro and Combo Paradiso. He has been requested as an organist by Quique González, MClan, Jorge Pardo, Bob Sands Big Band… and has collaborated with the great divas of Soul, Irma Thomas, Betty Harris and Martha High.
