The Media Library of the Instituto Francés in Madrid presents tomorrow at 18.30 its Café Philo, entitled Las asambleístas. Free event until full capacity is reached. Booking essential. In Spanish, with texts in French.
The March Café Philo is dedicated to women, their struggles and demands, and examines the challenges that feminism can take on as a philosophical and political movement. Political philosophy, ethics and anthropology will come together in a session that will serve to reflect on the role of philosophy in the consolidation of emancipatory thought.
This session will attempt to synthesise and analyse some of the current concerns of the possible paths of feminism, including cultural differences, class differences, cultural policies, equality, business norms and practices, gender self-determination… Changes that affect, in short, all areas of life.
