The British Council interviews Laurence Scott, the award-winning author of the books The Four-Dimensional Human and Picnic Comma Lightning, next Monday at 12 noon as part of its Future Intelligence programme, which explores the impact of advanced technologies (including artificial intelligence) on the arts.
The interview will address the changes implied by the use of technology in our everyday lives; the emergence of digital identities; the question of the representation of our bodies online (modified through filters, etc.); the social challenges that the digital world represents, and how to build a just world in this fourth dimension. The interview can be seen on the British Council’s Facebook Live channel.
