Casa Mediterráneo joins this week’s events on the occasion of LGTBi Pride Day with an online conference this afternoon at 7pm on the Situation of LGTBi rights in the Mediterranean. Taking part will be the president of the Fundación Triángulo, José María Núñez; the counsellor of the Spanish Embassy in Israel and member of the ExteriorEsDiverso platform, Pablo Platas; the counsellor of the Spanish Embassy in Serbia, Isabel Rubiales, and the representative of the Spanish Embassy in Lebanon, Diego Castro.
Tomorrow, Tuesday at 11 a.m., a guided tour of Casa Mediterráneo’s headquarters can be enjoyed, with prior registration required by emailing eventos@casa-mediterraneo.es. The following day, Wednesday, at 7 p.m., there will be an online event on Organic production, as part of the series Gastronomy and the Mediterranean, with the secretary general of the Spanish Association of Organic Production ECOVALIA, Diego Granado. Finally, as part of the same cycle, on Friday 2 July at 7 p.m. and also online, there will be a meeting with the chef José Manuel Miguel (in the photo), the only Spanish chef to have won two Michelin stars in France. The Michelin guide itself chose him to prepare the grand gala of the 2015 edition along with three other French chefs and four pastry chefs. Since 2017 he has been in charge of the restaurants Beat (1 Michelin star) and Komfort (both in the gastronomic hotel The Cookbook) and Mare, in the town of Calpe (Alicante).
