And finally, next Wednesday, the Women in Gastronomy cycle will present The role of women in the rural world, in which the importance of women in the livestock sector will be shown, mainly for the productive fabric of the primary sector, as well as the importance they have had in history in the transmission of heritage and the selection of native breeds. The president of the Official Association of Agricultural Technical Engineers and Graduates of Valencia, Regina Monsalve, and the president of the Association of Asturian Cattlewomen, Lucía Velasco, will take part in the event.
