Madrid’s Teatros del Canal will present the pianist Judith Jáuregui on 26 March at 8.30 p.m., in a recital in which Robert and Clara Schumann will act as the common thread, and which will also include music by Brahms due to his important link with the Schumann couple and Chopin’s Ballade No. 1, a work for which Robert expressed his total admiration.

Judith’s agenda is progressing with important dates in Spain in these first months of the year. After beginning the year at the Teatro Monumental in Madrid with the Orquesta Sinfónica RTVE in January, she followed this with performances in Getxo and Baluarte in Pamplona with Euskadiko Orkestra in February and in Musika-Música in March. After her time at the Teatros del Canal, Judith Jáuregui will perform this spring at the Pilar Bayona Great Soloists Series at the Auditorio de Zaragoza, the Philharmonic Societies of Valencia and Pontevedra, the Bal y Gay Festival of Galicia and the Auditorio Nacional in Madrid, among others. Tickets at this link.
