In a non-legislative proposal registered in the Lower House, and collected by Europa Press, the ‘popular’ propose the creation of a new visa model like the French Tech Visa, a simplified permit with streamlined procedures for investors, entrepreneurs and workers who want to settle in Spain and obtain residency.
Specifically, this specific visa offers a four-year renewable permit, automatically extended to spouses and dependent minors, and does not require proof of experience or academic qualifications.
