The Fundación Consejo España-EE.UU, together with the Institute of International Affairs and Foreign Policy (INCIPE), will open the 2nd Cycle of Major Digital Meetings: The United States, on Tuesday 12 January at 5pm, with the conference The Biden effect: opportunities and challenges for multilateralism, given by the former minister, former secretary general of NATO and honorary trustee of the Foundation, Javier Solana.
In total, the series includes eight lectures during the first four months of 2021, given by leading figures from Spain and the United States who are experts in the fields of foreign policy, international relations, security and defence.
