And on this occasion, presents next Sunday, November 9 at 21 hours the concert Morricone y 100 years of cinema.
The Royal Film Concert Orchestra, with director Juan Pablo Valencia, will be in charge of interpreting musical pieces from cinema as famous as El bueno, el feo y el malo, Cinema Paradiso, La misión, Los intocables, Los siete magníficos, Por un puñado de dólares, La conquista del What the Wind Took, Casablanca, The Godfather, Titanic, Chariots of Fire or Legends of Passion, among others. Also, next Tuesday, November 11 at the same time and also in the Symphony Hall of the Auditorio Nacional, the Fundación presents in concert the New World Symphony, by Dvorak, and the Piano Concerto no1, by Chopin.
The concert will also feature the performance of Moldava´s Smetana, with virtuoso pianist Charles Richard-Hamelin, the Santa Cecilia Classical Orchestra and conducted by Robert Farkas.
