The Fundación Excelentia brings Great Classics with the Orfeón Donostiarra

Next Tuesday, May 13 at 19.30, the Fundación Excelentia presents in the Symphony Hall of the Auditorio Nacional de Música of Madrid the concert Grandes Clásicos with the Orfeón Donostiarra.

 

An opportunity to enjoy the most famous and internationally recognized choir as the Orfeón Donostiarra, with the best classics: Nabucco, Carmina Burana, Tannhauser, Cavalleria Rusticana, La Forza del Destino,…

 

Together with the well-known Spanish choir, the Santa Cecilia Classical Orchestra and conductor José Antonio Sainz Alfaro, will be performed famous pieces such La forza del destino (Giuseppe Verdi); Zadok the priest (Georg Friedrich Händel); La canzone del destino (Johannes Brahms); Nabucco (Giuseppe Verdi); Stabat Mater (Gioachino Rossini); The Nuremberg Master Singers (Richard Wagner); Carmina Burana (Carl Orff); Tannhäuser (Richard Wagner); Cavalleria Rusticana (Pietro Mascagni); Danzas Polovtsianas (Alexander Borodin), and the Obertura 1812  (Piotr Illich Tchaikovsky).
