The Instituto Francés and the Embassy of France are collaborating this season in the cycle of IMPACTA concerts held at the Auditorio Nacional de Música and the next appointment has as protagonist the conductor William Christie (en la foto), pioneer of the rediscovery of Baroque and passionate defender of the arts and culture of French classicism.
The concert will take place on Wednesday, February 5 at 7.30 pm in the Symphony Hall of the music venue. Within this collaboration, the Instituto Francés offers a 15% discount on the purchase of tickets. The discount can be redeemed by entering the code IMPACTA15 when buying tickets at this link.
The sopranos Ana Maria Labin, Rachel Redmond and Emmanuelle de Negri, the mezzo-soprano Juliette Mey, the tenor James Way and the baritone Renato Dolcini will perform at the event.
William Christie will celebrate his 80th birthday with his group Les Arts Florissants in a unique concert full of surprises, where they will perform some of their most representative works. Christie is a world-renowned conductor who has made great contributions to the international music scene throughout his career. It will be, without doubt, one of the great cultural events of the season.
