The Council of Ministers authorized this Monday 25 voluntary contributions to international organizations, programs and funds and other entities of an international nature for an amount of 13,585,000 euros.
The largest beneficiary will be the International Criminal Court (ICC), with four voluntary contributions for the Trust Fund for the Prosecutor’s Office, the Complementarity Trust Fund, the Special Fund for Security and the Trust Fund for Victims.
In addition, other voluntary contributions to NATO are planned, specifically for the Defense and Related Security Capacity Building programs for Mauritania & Jordan and the Multi Year Ukraine CAP Trust Fund-MY CAP.
Voluntary contributions will also be received by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) for the overall Programme and the Comprehensive Response Framework for Protection and Solutions (MIRPS), the World Health Organization (WHO) for the overall Budget and Malaria Programme, the JPO Programme for the Junior Professional Officers Programme and (with two contributions) the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR).
The rest of the list is completed by the Office of the Organization of American States (OAS) in the Guatemala-Belize Adjacency Zone, the Organization of American States (OAS), the Inter-American Commission of Women of the OAS, the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights of the OAS, the Inter-American Court of Human Rights of the OAS, the International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance (International IDEA), the Hague Conference on Private International Law, the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT), the Department of Global Communications (DGC) of the United Nations Secretariat (UN-New York), the Academy of International Law (The Hague), the Permanent Court of Arbitration, and the United Nations Language Center in Geneva (UN-Geneva). United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs (UNOOSA)-UN-SPIDER and the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).
