The Diplomat in Spain has published the fourth edition of its quarterly publication Perspectivas, now available on its website. This issue features in-depth analyses of the most significant and pressing developments in diplomacy and foreign affairs over the past three months.

The cover story, titled “Rising Tensions in the Middle East,” examines the escalation of conflict in the region following the war between Israel and Iran, and the U.S. bombings of Iran’s uranium enrichment facilities.

Among other topics, the publication also addresses the ongoing stalemate in the war in Ukraine, key issues in Latin America, the global tariff war unleashed by President Trump, and the forum organized by the Prestomedia China-India group.

Perspectivas also analyzes the recent change in the leadership of the Catholic Church following the death of Pope Francis and the appointment of Pope Leo XIV.
