Senegal’s new ambassador to Spain, Ibrahim Al Khalil Seck, presented the Credentials of his Letters of Credence to the Director General of Protocol, Adrián Martín Couce, past Friday at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, according to diplomatic sources informed The Diplomat.

Seck, who served as ambassador to Morocco from 2018 to 2021 and ambassador to Kuwait from 2021 to the present, was appointed last December to replace Mariame Sy in Spain, who had held the post since November 2018 and has since been assigned to other roles.
