Opera and zarzuela gala at the Auditorio Nacional de Música

Next Saturday, May 10 at 19.30, the Fundación Excelentia presents in the Auditorio Nacional de Música of Madrid an opera and zarzuela Gala.

 

With the soprano Ruth Terán, the tenor Miguel Borrallo and the baritone Manuel Mas, together with the pianist Francisco Pérez Sánchez, in this excellent appointment you will be able to enjoy a selection of such precious and famous pieces of the best works of the lyric genre and the evil called “chico genre”, as «Questa o quella» from «Rigoletto» by G. Verdi (tenor); «Caro nome» from «Rigoletto» by G. Verdi (soprano); «Di provenza» from «La Traviata» by G. Verdi (baritone); «Ah Vendetta» from «Rigoletto» by G. Verdi (soprano and baritone); «Nessun dorma» from «Turandot» by G. Puccini (tenor); «Je veux vivre» from «Romeo et Juliette» by C. Gounod (soprano); «Eri tu» from «Un ballo in maschera» by G. Verdi (baritone) or «O soave fanciulla» from «La Bohème» by G. Puccini (tenor and soprano) as regards the first genre.

 

For zarzuela lovers, you can enjoy; «Fandango» by «Doña Francisquita» by A. Vives (piano); «Bella enamorada» by «El último romántico» by R. Soutullo and J. Vert (tenor); «Canción del Ruiseñor» by «Doña Francisquita» by A. Vives (soprano); «Amor de mi vida» by «Maravilla» by F. Moreno Torroba (baritone); «Duet de Felipe y MariPepa» by «La Revoltosa» by R. Chapí (baritone and soprano); «No puede ser» by «La Tabernera del puerto» by P. Sorozábal (tenor); «Petenera» by «La Marchenera» by F. Moreno Torroba (soprano); «Madrileña bonita» by «The bunch of roses» by P. Sorozabal (baritone), and «Torero quiero ser» from «El gato montés» by M. Penella (soprano and tenor).
