The International Association of Diplomats in Spain (AIDE) held last Saturday the 25th edition of the Bazar Diplomático – Gran Kermès, an emblematic event that took place in the Crystal Gallery of the Cibeles Palace in collaboration with the City of Madrid.

This solidarity event, which has been consolidated in the cultural panorama of Madrid, aimed to raise funds for the Fundación Reina Sofía and its charitable institutions. The funds raised at the event were entirely used to support its important social projects.

Numerous embassies met at the event, offering attendees a unique experience with stands presenting crafts and gastronomy from their countries. In addition, there were music shows, traditional dances, costume parades, an auction and a big raffle.

In alphabetical order, the embassies of Albania, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Belgium, Cameroon, Dominican Republic, Egypt, Georgia, Honduras, Hungary, India, Iraq, Iran, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Libya, Mali, Mexico, Morocco, Mozambique, Nepal, Palestine, Paraguay, the Philippines, Slovenia, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey and Vietnam.

This multicultural and supportive event has become a must for those who want to support charitable causes while enjoying a day full of culture and fun.
