The audience can get to know your project in room 211 of the Hotel Petit Palace Santa Barbara.
An activity specially designed for the performance program of Hybrid Art Fair will be held with the presentation of Tinta del Este y del Oeste (East and West Ink), a performance that fuses the poetic calligraphy of the artist Ho in collaboration with the Taiwanese dancer and choreographer Taboeh to ‘Oebay Tataysi’ resulting in a fusion between the poetic calligraphy with contemporary dance on Saturday 8 March at 18 hours in the courtyard of the Hotel Petit Palace.
Conceived as an exclusive collaborative project for La Semana del Arte de Taiwan in Madrid, the performance Tinta del Este y del Oeste interweaves calligraphy, poetry and contemporary dance in an improvised manner, demonstrating the synergy between both artists. The dancer Taboeh a ‘Oebay Tataysi’ explores the blood memory of the cultural spirit through strong bodily characteristics. Through his calligraphy, Ching Chwang Ho expresses his feelings about the cultural exchange between East and West that will combine the art of calligraphy with movement.
