Tomorrow Thursday at 12 o’clock, the Elcano Royal Institute organizes in the Fundación Botín (calle Castelló, 18) a round table entitled Where is the war in Ukraine?
The start of negotiations between the US and Russia to end the war without the representatives of Ukraine and the European Union reflects the determination of the Trump administration to resolve the conflict, as well as the transformation of the transatlantic relationship. The (geo)political and economic consequences of the peace process will be significant for Ukraine, Europe and the international liberal order.
The event will be moderated and presented by Charles Powell, director of the Elcano Royal Institute, and the members of the Research Team of the Real Instituto Félix Arteaga, Carlota García Encina, Mira Milosevich, Miguel Otero Iglesias and Luis Simón.
The event will take place in Spanish without simultaneous interpretation. For face-to-face assistance, confirmation of attendance is required by sending an email to rieactividades@rielcano.org. The round table can also be followed live on the Elcano Royal Institute’s YouTube channel. Online assistance does not require registration. The online public can submit their questions to the email actividades@rielcano.org or by X using the event tag.
