<h6><strong>The Diplomat</strong></h6> <h4><strong>The Chargé d'Affaires of the Embassy of Kuwait, Mohammad Alshohomi, expressed the interest of the Kuwaiti authorities in Spain's participation in the Vision Kuwait 2025 plan, “which aims to turn the State of Kuwait into a financial and commercial center, strengthen economic diversification, develop infrastructure, renewable energy and technological innovation”.</strong></h4> Alshohomi, heading the Embassy in the absence of the ambassador, assured that “<strong>strengthening economic investment cooperation between our two countries will contribute to creating new opportunities</strong> for joint development and growth while fostering the exchange of experience and knowledge in vital sectors.” During the reception he hosted to commemorate the <strong>64th anniversary of the independence of the State of Kuwait</strong>, which coincides with the establishment of diplomatic relations with Spain, and the 33rd anniversary of the liberation of the country, the Chargé d'Affaires of the Embassy assured that the cooperation between the two countries in all fields is “an example to follow”. <strong>Several Spanish companies aspire to actively participate in the implementation of various mega development projects in Kuwait,</strong> especially in infrastructure, transport and sustainable energy. In this regard, the Kuwaiti diplomat was pleased because “our relations have grown in recent years, a fact that reflects our common commitment to strengthen the strategic partnership”.
