On Thursday, February 27 at 7 pm, the Embassy of Honduras organizes in Casa America the concert Bravo – Guillermo, in tribute to the catautor Guillermo Anderson, in charge of the group Bravomonte. Free admission until capacity is full.

During this evening, they will perform some of the most emblematic songs of Guillermo Anderson, highlighting his unique musical, cultural and social contribution to contemporary Honduras. It will also offer a selection of its own repertoire, carefully interwoven with the works of the honoree, to show clearly and emotionally the deep influence that Anderson’s legacy has had on the band.

Marlon Brevé Reyes, Ambassador of Honduras; José Inés Guerrero, director of the group Bravomonte, and Lastenia Godoy, wife (widow) of the honored artist, Guillermo Anderson, will give a welcome.

You can hear during the concert songs by Guillermo Anderson as La fuerza que tienes, Cualquier lugar, Costa y Calor, En mi país, Cortaron el árbol or El encarguito. You will also enjoy songs from the group Bravomonte like Tiempos mejores, Dibujaba bien, Permanecer, Constelación, Manejando a la defensiva, Cowboy Tropical or Si el río suena (song composed for Guillermo Anderson by José Inés Guerrero).
