Albares also expressed Spain's desire to “open a stage aimed at consolidating this system, identifying new priorities and reorganizing working methods” during the next Ibero-American Summit in 2026, which will be held in our country. To this end, he added, Spain is willing to “listen to all States,” because “together we must deepen our complementarities, so that new shared opportunities can emerge.” On the margins of the Summit, Albares held a meeting with the Ibero-American Secretary General (SEGIB), Andrés Allamand, with whom he signed the minutes for the ratification of the Talent Circulation Agreement.
