The Government of the Province of Córdoba (Argentina), in collaboration with the Embassy of Argentina, organizes on Thursday, October 24 at 15:30 hours at the Hotel Riu Plaza de España (Gran Vía, 84) the event Córdoba Day, The aim is to publicise the business, investment and tourism opportunities offered by this region to Spanish companies.
Córdoba Day has already been held in different countries of Latin America. Now it is coming to Europe for the first time, showing itself as a strategic market for those companies interested in expanding their business beyond the Atlantic, offering them multiple opportunities for investment and collaboration.
The event, which is expected to be attended by about 80 people, will include the presence of notable local authorities, such as the deputy governor of the Province of Cordoba, Myrian Prunotto; the minister of Economy and Public Management of the Province of Cordoba, Guillermo Acosta; the president of the ProCórdoba Agency, Pablo De Chiara, and the president of the Córdoba Turismo Agency, Darío Capitani.
On arrival at the event will be offered a coffee and will take place institutional welcome, to present at 15.45 hours the productive matrix of Córdoba and its exportable offer. Then (16.15 h.), will be presented the tourist offer of Cordoba, and 30 minutes later will form a sectoral tables: Food, Tourism, Economy of knowledge, to end at 17.15 with a typical gastronomic and cultural experience of Córdoba.
Córdoba is one of the most dynamic provinces in Argentina, the second largest and contributing to the national GDP after Buenos Aires. It has a diversified economy ranging from its leadership in the agricultural sector to its outstanding renewable energy and technology ecosystem. The Cordoba Day is an interesting opportunity to promote exchange, links and commercial and institutional relations with the Spanish market.
