The Diplomat
Héctor Infante has presented, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Copies of his Letters of Credence as the new ambassador of Panama in Spain.

One of the first acts of Infante as ambassador was to accompany the chancellor of Panama, Javier Martínez-Acha, to Vitoria on the 8th, to meet with the lehendakari, Imanol Pradales, since the minister has familiar roots in the Basque Country.
The new ambassador has replaced Itzel Patiño in the position, who had only been in the position since January, after having been appointed by the previous Panamanian president, Laurentino Cortizo. In turn, Itzel Patiño had replaced Allen Jackson Sellers, who had been in the position for less than a year, so that, in less than two years, Panama has had three different ambassadors in Madrid.
