Until next Sunday June 2nd, Naves de Matadero premieres in its Fernando Arrabal Hall the play Poeta en Nueva York, a show conceived and directed by Carlos Marquerie based on the famous poem by Federico García Lorca.
This co-production of Teatro Español and Teatro Kamikaze with the collaboration of the Fundación Federico García Lorca, which combines puppets, music, dancers and actors, is performed by Niño de Elche, Elena Córdoba, Manuel Egozkue, Clara Pampyn, Jesús Rubio Gamo and Enrique del Castillo, with dramaturgy by Pedro G. Romero and Marquerie himself and musical direction, arrangements and original music by Niño de Elche. Tickets can be purchased at this link.
