Last Wednesday, the film Garfield, with the new adventures of this famous house cat, was released on cinema screens all over Spain.
A family animated film inspired by the mythical comic strip created by Jim Davis and starring Garfield, the overweight, lazy, grumpy, free-spirited, orange cat. Originally a puppy, Garfield meets Jon, the guy who becomes his owner and goes about providing him with industrial quantities of food, as well as fixing all the messes he makes in his house.
But Garfield’s peaceful life with Jon, along with his other pet dog Odie, is turned upside down when the stray cat Vic, his father, turns up. After this unexpected reunion with his long-lost father, Garfield and his canine friend Odie are forced to abandon their perfect, pampered lives as they join Vic in a hilarious and risky heist.
