The Plenary Session of the General Council of the Judiciary agreed yesterday, unanimously, to request a report from the Inspection Service to “gather information about what happened” with Karim Bouyakhrichan, leader of the Dutch ‘Mocro Maffia’, who fled after the Provincial Court of Málaga to release him, according to sources from the governing body of the judges.
The idea is that the Inspection Service informs them in order to establish what measures are necessary in the future to prevent lack of coordination.
The Council’s decision comes after this week the interim president of the body, Vicente Guilarte, assured in statements to Cadena Ser that Bouyakhrichan’s escape had been a “problem of lack of coordination” that was “very punctual and very occasional.” » in the Spanish courts.
Karim Bouyakhrichan is one of the priority objectives of the Netherlands, since the different branches of ‘Mocro Maffia’ are behind the threats against the Royal House of that country and its heir princess to the throne, Amalia of Orange.
