A new humanitarian shipment of emergency aid, consisting of 23 tons of food rations, left the Zaragoza Air Base yesterday bound for the Gaza Strip to help the civilian population suffering the consequences of the war.
The shipment is part of a joint operation of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, through the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation (AECID), and Defense, as reported by both departments.
“Spain is committed to helping the civilian population in Gaza,” declared the Minister of Foreign Affairs, José Manuel Albares, through the social network X, on the occasion of the “new shipment of aid destined for Gaza.” “We demand an immediate ceasefire and the unconditional entry of all humanitarian aid,” he added.
