Next Thursday 4 April at 19.30, the Fundación Excelentia presents Dvořák ‘s brilliant ‘New World Symphony’ and Barber’s elegant Concerto for violin and orchestra at the Auditorio Nacional de Música.
An opportunity to enjoy the Great Classics. Old and New World, brought together in a unique “back and forth” programme, with the Santa Cecilia Classical Orchestra, the virtuoso American violinist Simone Porter (in the photo) and the master baton of Daniel Raiskin. The programme is completed by Dvořák’s Carnival Overture, op. 92.
Previously, on Tuesday 2 April at 19.30 there will be an explanatory conference at the Club Monteverdi (Calle Almagro, 36) on the works of this concert.
