Tomorrow Tuesday at 7 p.m., the Fundación Carlos de Amberes (calle Claudio Coello, 99) presents the book Amnesty in Spain. Constitution and Rule of Law, published by Editorial Colex, from various points of view, the work tackles a highly topical issue through 78 articles by renowned authors.
The presentation, in colloquium format, will include the participation of Manuel Aragón, Emeritus Professor of Constitutional Law and Emeritus Magistrate of the Constitutional Court; Enrique Gimbernat, Emeritus Professor of Criminal Law at the Complutense University; Teresa Freixes, Jean Monnet Professor ad personam, Vice-President of the Royal European Academy of Doctors; Elisa de la Nuez Sánchez-Cascado, retired State lawyer, Secretary General of the Hay Derecho Foundation; Juan Luis Cebrián, member of the Royal Spanish Academy and Honorary President of the newspaper El País; and Fernando Savater, philosopher and writer.
