Since the beginning of the year, Carlos Floriano has been the spokesperson for the Popular Parliamentary Group in the Foreign Affairs Commission of the Congress, a position held by Hana Jalloul in the Socialist Parliamentary Group.
Floriano, deputy for Extremadura, is a veteran politician who was part of the PP leadership with Mariano Rajoy. For her part, Jalloul is a rising politician, after having been spokesperson for the socialists in the Madrid Assembly.
In the Popular Group, Belén Hoyo will also act as spokesperson in the Commission; and Dolores Corujo will do it in the socialist one.
On Vox’s part, the spokesperson is Carlos Flores Juberías, professor of Constitutional Law, and, on Sumar’s part, the position is held by Agustín Santos, former ambassador of Spain to the United Nations.
Likewise, the following are listed as spokespersons for the rest of the groups: Gabriel Rufián, for Esquerra Republicana de Catalunya; Marta Madrenas, for JuntsxCat; Jon iñarritu, by EH Bildu; Aitor Esteban, for the PNV; and Lilith Verstrynge, from Podemos, for the Mixed Group.
