Within the framework of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Spain and the P.R. China, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation, Casa Asia and the RTVE Symphony Orchestra, with the collaboration of the Centro Cultural de China in Madrid, are organising an extraordinary concert on 1 December at 7.30 p.m. at the Teatro Monumental (Calle Atocha, 65) with a musical programme combining pieces from both countries.
The concert will feature the RTVE Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Josep Gil, and the mastery of Wang Xiao playing the ehru (Chinese two-stringed violin).
