The Diplomat
The Asociación de Diplomáticos Extranjeros (ADE), together with The Diplomat in Spain, organised a cultural event last Thursday at the company Colibri Hats, in which they showed all the art of craftsmanship, history and rules of the use of hats.
The entrepreneur and owner of Colibrí Hats, Ekaterina Nesterova, showed the whole process of making the hats and headdresses that make up her collection and showed all the glamour that comes from their use and way of handling them in society, under the watchful eye and the interest of the ADE members attending the event.
The guests were also able to enjoy wines from the Bodega Arzuaga, located in Valladolid, in the heart of the Ribera del Duero Designation of Origin, and a masterclass guided by the sommelier Anna Datsenko, who instructed the ADE diplomats in the protocol of the use of the wine glass and the art of what to do and what not to do with it during a protocolary act.
The diplomats attending the event listened very attentively to the explanations and tasted the Ribera del Duero wines, and expressed their pleasant satisfaction with the organisation of the event, with the intention of repeating it in the future.
