As part of the Ciclo de Grandes Intérpretes, on 3 November at 19.30, the Fundación Scherzo presents the Spanish pianist Josu de Solaun in a concert at the Auditorio Nacional de Música in Madrid.
De Solaun, one of Spain’s most brilliant and international pianists, comes to the Auditorio’s Symphonic Hall to delve into the jaws of mystery, with music by Brahms, Schumann, Chopin and Prokofiev.
The programme will consist of the Four Ballads op. 10, by J. Brahms; the Sonata in F sharp minor op. 11, by R. Schumann; the Waltz op. 34 nº 2, the Prelude op. 28 nº 4, the Mazurka op. 17 nº 4, the Etude op. 10 nº 6 and the Prelude op. 45, by F. Chopin, and the Sonata nº 8 in B flat major op. 84, by S.
