The Foro Cultural de Austria in Madrid and Editorial Acantilado will open the exhibition Stefan Zweig. Universal Author, tomorrow Wednesday at 11.30 am in the auditorium of the Biblioteca Eugenio Trías in Madrid.
For the first time, this exhibition, which was created by the Austrian National Library, the Stefan Zweig Centre in Salzburg and the University of Vienna to mark the 80th anniversary of the author’s death, will be on display for the first time outside Austria.
The opening ceremony will be attended by Arturo Larcati, curator and director of the Stefan Zweig Centre in Salzburg, Helga Rabl-Stadler, special adviser for culture to the Austrian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Enno Drofenik, Austrian ambassador to Spain, and Marta Rivera de la Cruz, delegate for Culture, Tourism and Sport of the Madrid City Council. The director of the Austrian Cultural Forum, Kristian Henk, will present the event. Arturo Larcati will then give a guided tour of the exhibition.
