The Instituto Polaco de Cultura in Madrid, in collaboration with Fórcola ediciones, the Museo del Romanticismo and the Polish Book Institute (Instytut Książki), present tomorrow Wednesday at 19.30 in the Romantic Room of the Museo del Romanticismo (Calle San Mateo, 13), a musical-literary recital dedicated to the figure of Frederik Chopin, as part of the LIBER 2023 programme, with Poland as Guest of Honour.
The works of the Polish composer performed by the young pianist Wiktor Gąsior (in the photo) will be intertwined with readings from the biography of Chopin written by Kazimierz Wierzyński, the Spanish translation of which has been published by Fórcola Ediciones. María del Ser, Doctor in Music Education and informer at Radio Clásica, will give voice to the literary fragments.
