The 19th edition of the Cáceres Fleadh will take place from 22nd to 24th September in the Extremaduran capital. For more information on the exciting line up of events please visit their website.

The Cáceres Irish Fleadh Festival offers a full programme for all ages. There will be workshops in the street, live music, sessions in bars around the city… All in the Monumental City of Cáceres.

In autumn, the vines of the buildings in the old part of Cáceres look like shamrocks from the meadows of the Emerald Isle. From its Bujaco Tower you can hear the beat of the bodhrán, the Irish bagpipes and the rapid whistle of the fiddle intermingle with the rattle of wooden-soled shoes. On the façade of the Palacio de la Diputación de Cáceres, the smell of pints, Irish coffee and the incense of the Co-cathedral of Santa María can be savoured. The emblematic “Irish” has burst back into the city with its head held high and brimming with quality.
