The Government will spend 264,495 euros on umbrellas, fans and other promotional and protocol material during the six months of the Spanish Presidency of the EU, which began on 1 July and will end on 31 December.
This is reflected in the Official State Gazette of Monday 21, which reports the award of the contract for the supply of this material to the company Bitprom Investments S.L., after weighing its proposal and that of two other companies (one with a lower bid of around 135,000 euros, and the other with a higher bid of over 283,000 euros).
Specifically, the money will be spent on promotional pins, umbrellas, fans, scarves, cloth bags, reusable water bottles, office supplies and luggage identifiers.
