On the 30th of June at 9.30 p.m., the third evening of Casa Árabe’s Secret Garden will take place, with performances by comedians Danny Boy and Sara Escudero.
Danny Boy-Rivera is a comedian by birth and Galician by profession. Sara Escudero is a Spanish comedian who has gained fame as a stand-up comedian, television presenter and radio presenter.
We will be able to enjoy these two comedians with the best gastronomy and the most refreshing cocktails at Casa Árabe’s La Terraza, the restaurant space that the cultural centre is launching this summer, and with which the performances will share the garden. Every Friday the week will end with the best humour thanks to a double session featuring some of the most famous comedians on the national scene.
Also, the following Saturday at 9 p.m., the Syrian-Lebanese duo Rust + Disco Makrout will perform the fourth evening of the Secret Garden, dedicated on this occasion to electronic music. Every Saturday the best music from the national and international scene will be enjoyed with a double session that will take the spectator on a journey from the most traditional melodies to indie and electronic music.
Rust Duo is a duo whose music combines the Arabic heritage of melody and poetry with modern electronic beats, contemporary production and hypnotic vocals. Disco Makrout is a talented DJ duo with Algerian roots, composed of Ahlem and Nesrine, two passionate about the musical culture of North Africa and the Middle East.
