Opening of ‘24.02’, a photographic essay by Polish artist Maciej Biedrzycki

Tomorrow Friday, at 7 p.m., the exhibition 24.02, a photographic essay by Maciej Biedrzycki, will open in the exhibition hall of the Centro Cultural Galileo in Madrid (calle de Fernando el Católico, 35). The exhibition will be open until 2 July 2023.

 

The exhibition, which was recently shown in Warsaw and Vilnius, is now part of the PHotoESPAÑA 2023 programme and has been co-organised by the Polish National Foundation, the National Centre For Culture Poland, the Polish Embassy and the Instituto Polaco de Cultura.

 

The opening ceremony is expected to be attended by one of the curators of the exhibition, Marcin Zarzecki, president of the Polish National Foundation, and Maciej Biedrzycki, the author of the photographs.

 

The event will also be attended by Anna Sroka, Polish Ambassador to Spain; the Ukrainian Ambassador, Serhii Pohoreltsev; the Deputy Director of PHotoESPAÑA, María Pallás; the Director of the Instituto Polaco de Cultura, Gabriela Słowińska and various institutional representatives.
