The best film soundtracks come together during the first days of June with two great concerts organised by the Fundación Excelentia.
Next Thursday 1 June at 7.30 p.m., the concert Great Film Choirs: Morricone, Zimmer & Williams, with the Excelentia Choral Society of Madrid and the Royal Film Concert Orchestra conducted by Fernando Furones, will be presented at the Symphonic Hall of the Auditorio Nacional de Música in Madrid. A date to enjoy the most famous soundtracks by John Williams, Morricone and Hans Zimmer for choir and symphony orchestra such as The Dark Knight, Pirates of the Caribbean, The Lion King, Conan the Barbarian, Star Wars: Duel of the Fates, The Mission, among others. Also, on Saturday 3 June at the same time, but in the Chamber Hall of the Auditorio Nacional, there will be a Tribute to Ennio Morricone & Ludovico Einaudi, performed by the Orquesta Clásica Santa Cecilia, together with the pianist Gleb Koroleff. Nuvole Bianche, In un’altra vita, Fly, Cinema Paradiso, Novecento, Gabriel’s Oboe or La Califfa, will be performed in the concert. Tickets can be purchased at this link.
