This morning at 12.30 p.m., Casa América’s Miguel de Cervantes Hall will host the presentation of the book Aprender para innovar. Transferencia de conocimiento de las multinacionales españolas en el mercado peruano (Learning to innovate. Knowledge transfer from Spanish multinationals in the Peruvian market), by Elsa Del Castillo Mory and Alejandro Flores Castro. Free admission until full capacity is reached.
In the light of the analysis of five cases of Spanish companies that have ventured into the Latin American market and, in particular, the Peruvian market, the authors of this book show that the challenge of growing in international markets requires companies to continuously learn in order to innovate.
At the presentation ceremony, Enrique Ojeda, Director General of Casa de América, Pedro Miras, President of the Spain-Peru Council Foundation (PDC), and Alberto Almendres, President of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Peru, will give the welcoming speeches. Elsa del Castillo, co-author of the book; José Juan Haro, Director of Wholesale Business and Public Affairs at Telefónica Hispanoamérica, and Alejandra García, International Corporate Head at Konecta Corporativa, will also take part.
