Once again, the Centro Cultural de China is offering a new Special Chinese Cooking Workshop starting next Tuesday 11 April, with tasty dishes including tangyuan (pictured) or glutinous rice dumplings; cha siu baau or barbecued pork baozi; pumpkin pie; and wantan & shaomai.

There will be a total of four classes, from 6pm to 7pm, on 11, 13, 18 and 20 April, each dedicated to one of the dishes. A maximum of 10 people are offered in each workshop and the price is €60 per person.

Chef Zhang will show the participants step by step how to prepare these tasty delicacies, and at the same time, they will be able to prepare them together with the chef, since, after all, the main objective is for them to learn how to make them and enjoy them with their family and friends.
