Organised by the Marine Stewardship Council, the Blue Night event will take place next Tuesday 28 February at 7pm at the Restaurante Atocha 107 (calle Atocha, 107), where the 3rd edition of Seas Forever will be presented to raise public awareness of the importance of protecting marine resources through sustainable fishing and the blue seal as a guarantee. Over the past 25 years, the MSC has become a globally recognised organisation and a respected voice on issues affecting the oceans.
During the evening, the different actions that will take place from 6 to 12 March will also be presented with the aim of engaging society and encouraging them to join the sustainability bandwagon, to protect our species and ecosystems for the future.
The event will be hosted by journalist and travel blogger Paco Nadal. Afterwards, a cocktail reception with certified sustainable fish products will be served by chef and MSC ambassador Joaquín Felipe. Attendees are kindly requested to wear blue clothing.
The restaurant has a very limited capacity, so it is necessary to confirm your attendance as soon as possible by sending an email to claudiagonzalez@qmscomunicacion.com.
