Based on the novel A Man Called Ove, Oscar-winning actor Tom Hanks’ latest work, the comedy-drama El peor vecino del mundo (A man called Otto), has been released.

The film tells the story of Otto Anderson (Tom Hanks), a cantankerous and stubborn widower. When a cheerful young family moves in next door, Otto finds the perfect match in the spry and very pregnant Marisol, leading to a most unlikely friendship that will turn his world upside down. A funny and touching story about how some families emerge from the most unexpected places.

Directed by Marc Forster, El peor vecino del mundo stars, in addition to its leading lady, an excellent Mariana Treviño, Rachel Keller and Manuel Garcia-Rulfo, and the screenplay is written by Oscar nominee David Magee. An emotional and sensitive film that will bring tears to the eyes of more than one viewer.
